Big bathrooms!

perfectly clean unit with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. paid us$ 151. particularly good setting, really close to greenville, and the airport. also, in the middle of jackson.

I realize they are starting renovations I can only hope they will replace the carpets in the rooms My Granddaughters and even my own white socks were turned black after a few trips across the room

every thing was great

Hot water heater broke. First day they did nothing. Next two days they said they were trying to fix. It was still out the next day; I was gone. Neither the owner nor the chain offered anything for the inconvenience.

I saw an improvement from last year with new paint. The hotel lobby & room seemed cleaner. Breakfast was good.

This is petty, but the light fixture over the sink & picture on a wall were extremely crooked and of course bolted to the wall. I would provide a level to the maintenance person. Paint job in room was sloppy.

We have stayed here several times due to location being convenient to our children's home. Loved the staff especially Lisa and Heidi.Very helpful and friendly.

Never able to connect to wifi. It was important to me to stay connected to family back home in Michigan.

Got put in a smoking room and the smell was horrendous and was never given an option. Exercise equipment was old and didn't work. Outside the hotel was not clean.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The front desk staff were helpful, assisting me with my check-in promptly and answering any questions I had regarding local amenities. The business center offered essential support for my work needs, allowing me to complete tasks efficiently.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, complete with soft pillows and a mini-fridge. The breakfast area was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

..Breakfast bar was nothing special ..Checked out at 6:40 on Sunday a.m. the lobby was still locked we could not even get in to get coffee to go - thought it opened at 6:30 .....Hotel is old in need of updating .....Would never use the laundry facilities - looked old and dirty

The King Room was decent overall. The bed was super comfortable, a plus. I did have issues with the WiFi though. It barely worked, and I had to spend more time elsewhere. The fridge was great for keeping snacks and drinks cold. Just wish the room felt a little cleaner and fresher. The decor could use a little upgrade too.
